摘要

Abstract

Foundry greening is one of the core trends for the future development of China's foundry industry,and it is the key to improving the sustainable competitiveness of the foundry industry.Green disposal and resourcefully use of old foundry sand are critical task.In this paper,the current status and progress of research on the regeneration of foundry used sand in China were summarized,the background of research on regenerated sand and its significance were introduced,and the proposed problem of foundry sand regeneration and its practical significance were explained.It summarized the types of foundry used sand and the primary regeneration methods,with a focus on the thermal,dry,wet and combined regeneration methods for water-glass,clay and self-hardening resin old sands,highlights the difficulties in the development and industrialization of foundry used sand regeneration technology in China,and outlines the direction of the development of foundry sand regeneration technology,aiming at providing reference for researchers and decision makers in choosing and improving the regeneration methods of foundry used sand.
