"大思政课"视域下医学院校实践育人的路径优化研究
Research on Optimization Pathways for Practical Edu-cation in Medical Colleges from the Perspective of"Ho-listic Ideological and Political Education"
摘要
Abstract
In the modern medical education system prac-tice education serves as the core component for cultivating high-caliber medical professionals.With the development of society and the progress of medical science and technolo-gy,medical students must not only possess solid profes-sional knowledge and skills but also demonstrate profound humanistic literacy,ethical awareness,innovative think-ing,and leadership capabilities.Based on theeducational concept of"Holistic Ideological and Political Education",this study focuses on the systematic optimization of the practical education modelinmedical colleges.It proposes optimization pathways and practical strategies across five dimensions:medical ethics and humanistic care educa-tion,clinical practice teaching,research innovation capa-bility development,social practice and public health aware-ness education,and professional competence and leader-ship enhancement.The aim is to provide reference for med-ical schools to strengthen practical education and promote the comprehensive development of medical education.关键词
