产教融合下医院药学教学模式的探索与创新
Investigating and Advancing Hospital Pharmacy Teach-ing Methods through the Process of Industry-Teaching Integration

Abstract
Objective Under the background of indus-try-education integration,this study explores multiple di-mensions of hospital pharmacy education,delves into exist-ing teaching challenges,and evaluates the practical benefits of the industry-education integration model.Methods By retrieving literature from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Database,and the China Hospital Data Library,we screened studies published before May 31,2025,related to"hospital phar-macy"and"industry-education integration",ultimately in-cluding 73 articles.Excel was used to record literature in-formation,followed by descriptive analysis and compara-tive research to examine the current application,challeng-es,and future directions of industry-education integration in hospital pharmacy education.Results The industry-edu-cation integration model significantly enhanced students'practical skills and professional competence.Collaboration with hospitals ensured that the curriculum better met clini-cal needs,leading to a notable improvement in students'practical performance.Conclusion The industry-education integration model not only markedly improved education quality but also provided students with more hands-on op-portunities,thereby strongly promoting the advancement of their vocational skills.In the future,schools,enterprises,and medical institutions should further strengthen coopera-tion to drive innovative developments in teaching.关键词
