Abstract

Micro-lectures are an emerging teaching meth-od that has developed with the progress of technology in re-cent years.The flipped classroom model based on the appli-cation of micro-lectures has achieved good teaching feed-back in practice.The combination of the two is bound to produce an extraordinary teaching effect.This study aims to construct a modern flipped classroom teaching model to break the cognitive dilemma of the disconnection between theory and practice in the teaching of"Introduction to Nurs-ing".By reconstructing and perfecting the pre-class,in-class,and post-class education system,the knowledge of"Introduction to Nursing"can be re-integrated,further improving students'acceptance and cognitive abilities.In terms of theory,by using phenomenological extraction and quasi-experimental mixed methods,it has been proven that this model significantly catalyzes the three-tier evaluation triangle and has a positive effect on improving students'critical thinking.This paper finds that by introducing the mi-cro-lecture teaching method to build a flipped classroom ed-ucation model,it can further activate the teaching effect of"Introduction to Nursing"and students'subjective initia-tive,together forming the leap channel for the nursing pro-fessional ability to change from quantitative to qualitative.
