应用型中医药院校管理专业毕业实习质量评价体系构建研究
Research on the Construction of Quality Evaluation Sys-tem for Graduation Internship of Management Major in Applied Traditional Chinese Medicine Colleges

Abstract
In order to improve the quality of graduation in-ternships in management majors of applied Traditional Chi-nese Medicine(TCM)colleges and universities,and to sci-entifically evaluate students'practical abilities and compre-hensive literacy,this study uses methods such as literature analysis and field research to systematically analyze the fac-tors that affect the quality of graduation internships,includ-ing schools,internship units,and students themselves.Based on the principles of scientificity,objectivity,and comprehensiveness,an evaluation system is constructed,which includes four primary indicators of internship perfor-mance,internship achievements,internship unit evaluation,and school guidance evaluation,as well as 12 secondary in-dicators.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method(FCE)are combined for quantitative evaluation.The results show that the sys-tem can effectively cover the core dimensions of traditional Chinese medicine management professional internships,highlight industry characteristics such as the application of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge and cultural identi-ty,and the evaluation results have high objectivity and per-tinence.This study provides an operational framework for evaluating the quality of internships in management majors at applied traditional Chinese medicine colleges,and makes practical contributions to improving the quality of talent cultivation in traditional Chinese medicine management and promoting the integration of industry and education.关键词
