"岗课赛证创"融通的高职《婴幼儿卫生与保育》课程教学研究

摘要
Abstract
To implement the spirit of the National Voca-tional Education Conference on deepening vocational edu-cation reform,this study explores teaching reform ap-proaches for the Infant Health and Care course in higher vo-cational education based on the integrated concept of"Post-Course-Competition-Certification-Innovation".Ad-dressing current issues including the theory-practice discon-nection,inadequate cultivation of students',comprehen-sive competencies,and weak industry-education alignment,the research proposes optimization pathways through course-post integration,course-competition synergy,course-certification convergence,and specialized-innova-tive teaching integration.This study provides innovative perspectives for curriculum reform in vocational colleges,develops replicable solutions for childcare talent cultiva-tion,and demonstrates significant practical value for pro-moting high-quality development of vocational education.关键词
