基于EBM理念的MDT教学模式在急诊住培带教中的效果评价
Evaluation of the Effect of MDT Teaching Mode Based on the Concept of Evidence-based Medicine in the Teaching of Residents in the Emergency Department

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application effect of multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT)teaching mode based on the concept of evidence-based medicine(EBM)in the teaching of residents in the emergency department.Methods A total of 48 residents in our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,according to random number ta-ble method,24 in each group.The experimental group com-bined EBM concept and MDT mode for centralized teach-ing,while the control group was mainly based on the expe-rience of teachers and taught through the traditional teach-ing mode.The theoretical scores,clinical skills assessment,teaching satisfaction and teaching effect evaluation of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical score of residents in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.71±3.14 vs 76.17±4.11,P<0.05),and the skill assessment score of the experi-mental group was higher than(88.58±2.36 vs 76.21±3.46,P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that the satisfac-tion of residents in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the teaching effect was better.Conclusions In the teaching process of residents training physicians in the emergency department,the use of MDT teaching mode based on the improved EBM concept can ef-fectively improve the teaching quality,more in line with the learning needs of residents training physicians,which is worthy of further practice.关键词
