PBL、CBL联合教学法在病理科临床教学中的效果研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the value of prob-lem-based learning(PBL)+case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in clinical teaching of pathology.Method 120 medical interns from the Pathology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from Jan-uary 2022 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method(static sequence,sealed opaque envelope method):a control group(60,regular internship teaching)and an ob-servation group(60,PBL+CBL combined teaching meth-od).The theoretical knowledge assessment scores,compre-hensive quality assessment scores,and satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The patho-logical examination scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;The comprehensive quality assessment score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;The teaching satisfac-tion of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The PBL+CBL teaching meth-od can improve interns'theoretical mastery,skill opera-tion,scientific research thinking ability,and high teaching satisfaction.关键词
