摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of Small Private Online Course(SPOC)combined with Five-Step Teaching Method in the training of neurosurgery nurses.Methods A total of 60 nursing interns trained in the Department of Neurosurgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from March 2020 to March 2024 were selected and divided into a combined group(n=32,using SPOC combined with Five-Step Teaching Method)and a conventional group(n=28,traditional rou-tine)according to different training methods.The training period for both groups was 1 months.The end-of-training examination scores of the two groups were compared,the Self-Rating Scale of Self-Directed Learning(SRSSDL)was used to evaluate self-directed learning ability before and after training,and a questionnaire survey was conduct-ed to assess training satisfaction.Results After the train-ing,the combined group showed higher scores in theoreti-cal assessment,nursing competency,comprehensive evalu-ation,and total end-of-training scores compared to the con-ventional group(P<0.001);The self-directed learning abili-ty training satisfaction the combined group were signifi-cantly higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion SPOC combined with Five-Step Teach-ing Method can significantly improve the end-of-training examination scores of neurosurgery nursing interns,en-hance their self-directed learning ability,and increase their satisfaction with training,demonstrating good application effectiveness.
