基于医院药师核心能力构建营养药师培训体系
Constructing of Curriculum System for Nutrition Phar-macists Based on the Core Competence of Hospital Pharmacists

Abstract
Objective To construct a nutrition pharmacist training system based on the core competencies of hospital pharmacists and provide scientific basis and practical guid-ance for cultivating high-quality nutrition pharmacists.Methods Through literature review and qualitative re-search methods,current practice status of nutrition pharma-cists was understood and the indicator pool of the training system was extracted.Delphi method was used to validate and revise the preliminary proposed nutrition pharmacist training system.Result Training system covers five train-ing modules:professional competence,professional knowl-edge,professional skills,critical thinking and career devel-opment.There are a total of 16 training themes and 36 train-ing contents,and the training and assessment methods for each training theme have been determined.Conclusion The nutrition pharmacist training system based on the core competencies of hospital pharmacists constructed in this study has high scientificity and practicality.It can improve the practical ability and comprehensive quality of students through flexible and diverse training methods and assess-ment mechanisms,providing a systematic reference frame-work for clinical pharmacist training.关键词
