摘要

Abstract

The modern apprenticeship system with Chi-nese characteristics focuses on the collaborative education between schools and enterprises,and solves the problem of the disconnect between vocational education and industry demand through deep integration of industry and educa-tion.Taking the"Tianjin Medical College Biomedical Inno-vation Experimental Class"as an example,a collaborative mechanism of"curriculum co construction,teacher co train-ing,resource co investment,and student co education"is constructed.Based on the three-dimensional theoretical framework of industry education integration,stakeholder and cultural embedding,a"dual mentor"joint guidance in-novation model based on research and development proj-ects is explored.By integrating school enterprise resources,the job standards of the biopharmaceutical industry are dy-namically linked with course objectives,competition re-quirements,and vocational certificates,cultivating compos-ite talents with both professional qualities and skills,effec-tively improving the matching degree between talents and industry needs.
