摘要

Abstract

In modern hospital talent management,it is necessary to establish a scientific incentive and constraint systemto fully leverage the effectiveness of mechanisms and enhance the overall efficiency of medical talent intro-duction.Inpractice,adherence to the Party's leadership in talent management must be upheld,integrate multi-dimen-sional driving elements such as career development and value realization,while strengthening goal-oriented assess-ment mechanisms to achieve talent development objectives.In innovative practice,flexible talent introductionmodels and technology-enabled supervision approachesshould be exploredto break through traditional management con-straints and build a closed-loop management system cover-ing the entire process.By constructing of a synergistic incentive and constraint,mechanism and employing a three-dimensional dynamic indicator model for precise evaluation,the goal of building a modern talent can be ad-vanced.Based on theoretical and policy analysis,this paper explores strategies for building multi-dimensional mecha-nisms,aiming to provide references for the practice of med-ical talent introduction.
