Abstract
Against the backdrop of a downturn in the real estate industry,state-owned design institutes face multiple pressures such as business contraction and declining profits.This paper takes Guangdong Yuejian Green Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Yuejian Green Energy"),a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Architectural Design & Research Institute Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"GADI Group"),as a case study.Using case analysis methodology,it systematically elaborates on the path of building its core competitiveness through a"1+5"business system.Practice demonstrates that under the national dual-carbon goals,state-owned enterprises can achieve a strategic transformation from traditional design service providers to comprehensive energy service providers by embracing green transformation,incubating new business segments,and building a full-chain service model integrating"consulting+digital intelligence+investment".This provides a replicable transformation paradigm for similar enterprises.关键词
