Abstract
This paper addresses the challenges in the integrated development of rural water supply and drainage in mountainous areas of Guangdong,including the lack of systematic planning,imperfect funding mechanisms,insufficient technological adaptability,fragmented management systems,and low community participation.It proposes comprehensive pathways for high-quality development through precise"one-village-one-policy"planning,constructing a diversified funding guarantee mechanism,promoting appropriate technologies and resource utilization pathways,improving governance systems and localized operation and maintenance capabilities,and establishing a mechanism for multi-stakeholder co-governance and industrial feedback.The study introduces a"PV+micro-wind"microgrid system to explore an integrated operational model of"using electricity revenue to support water management,"achieving synergy between water supply,drainage,and new energy facilities to reduce costs and enhance sustainability.This research provides replicable insights and practical pathways for the high-quality development of rural water systems in mountainous regions.关键词
