Abstract
U nder the dual background of the national"AI+"strategy and the construction industry's transition toward stock renewal,existing building safety management faces challenges such as structural aging,technological lag,and high costs.Guangdong Yuejian Digital Inspection &Monitoring Safety Technology Co.,Ltd.("Yuejian Digital Inspection"),a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Architectural Design & Research Institute Group Co.,Ltd.,proposes an innovative"Engineering Hospital"model that integrates inspection,diagnosis,and treatment under digital-intelligent conditions.This model incorporates remote sensing,IoT,AI,and BIM technologies to establish a"sky-ground-human"monitoring system and a full-life-cycle service loop covering"inspection-diagnosis-treatment-rehabilitation."It has been successfully applied in historical conservation and urban renewal projects,demonstrating significant value for high-quality industry development.This paper elaborates on the model's technical strengths,practical outcomes,and applications,and discusses its potential in urban renewal,historical preservation,and green low-carbon development in line with national"AI+"initiatives,providing a valuable reference for enhancing building safety and facilitating sustainable transformation in the construction sector.关键词
