Abstract
As generative artificial intelligence enters the phase of"industrial deep cultivation,"the survey and design industry,characterized by high standardization,strong collaboration,and significant accountability,has become a critical field for the application of large AI models.Based on practical cases from Guangdong Architectural Design and Research Institute Group Co.,Ltd.(GDAD),this paper explores the application of large AI models in survey and design enterprises and their role in driving innovation and ecosystem development.The study analyzes the current state of AI technology in design,construction,management,and operation,highlighting GDAD's self-developed"Yuezhen"digital intelligence product suite("Lingqi,""Suhui,""Yuangou,""Ceqing")to promote design o ptim ization,intelligent review,and automated project management.By integrating AI technology,design efficiency and quality are significantly enhanced,enabling an intelligent transition in management processes such as bid analysis,contract pre-review,and financial auditing,thereby optimizing resource allocation and strengthening decision-support capabilities.Furthermore,this paper proposes pathways for deep integration of AI technology with BIM,IoT,and cloud computing,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the digital transformation of the survey and design industry and to foster the deep integration and high-quality development of AI technologies in this sector.关键词
