摘要
Abstract
Due to the sensitive background of the client,the sensitive nature of the project location,and the ambiguity in confidentiality classifications,sensitive engineering projects pose significant challenges to standardizing confidentiality management practices within enterprises.Drawing on specific management practices of sensitive engineering projects in civil architectural design enterprises,this paper analyzes problems identified during project implementation,such as difficulty in initial confidentiality determination,unclear responsibilities,insufficient confidentiality awareness,and non-standardized process management.Corresponding improvement measures are proposed to enhance the whole-life-cycle management of sensitive engineering projects,aiming to provide a reference for confidentiality management of such projects in architectural design enterprises.关键词
