Abstract
Against the backdrop of growing design requirements for large-scale complex engineering construction projects,a set of joint survey and design work procedures,grounded in systems engineering methodologies,has been developed to address inherent challenges in multi-organizational collaboration-including inconsistent operational modes,ambiguous responsibility delineation,operational coordination bottlenecks,and insufficient quality control.The effectiveness of these procedures has been verified through their practical implementation in a large-scale project.Findings indicate that this mode markedly enhances design efficiency,ensures design quality,and offers valuable insights for analogous projects.关键词
