Abstract
Based on the strategic backgrounds of rural revitalization and building China into a strong maritime country,this study takes Aojiao Village in Zhangzhou as a typical case.Addressing development challenges such as industrial imbalance,spatial constraints,insufficient cultural vitality,and ecological pressure,it explores the"fishing-tourism integration"path for revitalizing coastal fishing villages.The planning extends the fishery value chain and deepens the integration of tourism formats through strategies including stock optimization under spatial constraints,structural design for deep industrial integration,embedding cultural value via multiple approaches,and the synergy between ecological governance and the tourism environment.Concurrently,it establishes a safeguard mechanism featuring"phased timelines-multi-stakeholder collaboration-diversified funding sources".This verifies the significant role of deep fishing-tourism integration in stimulating the endogenous dynamism of coastal fishing villages and achieving the coordination of ecological,productive,and living spaces(eco-production-living harmony).关键词
