Abstract
In foreign-aid projects,numerous unforeseen circumstances may arise,encompassing various aspects such as geology,climate,ecology,culture,customs,and economy.Thus,both design and construction phases necessitate meticulous consideration of the recipient country's regional characteristics while embodying the donor country's intrinsic attributes.The adoption of tailored design strategies in the pre-design phase,the dynamic optimization and equilibrium adjustment of construction processes in response to real-time on-site variables,and the systematic assessment of lessons learned post-completion constitute critical principles for ensuring the success of foreign-aid initiatives.关键词
