The Realistic Challenges,Theoretical Explorations,and Policy Implications of Sci-Tech Finance from the Perspective of New-Quality Productive Forces

Abstract
Against the backdrop of growing attention to new quality productive forces,supporting the cultivation of new quality productive forces from the dimension of sci-tech finance serves as a crucial link in further shaping new drivers of economic growth and stimulating new vitality.Furthermore,figuring out how to make solid progress in advancing sci-tech finance(interpreting the metaphor"doing a good job in the great article of sci-tech finance"into practical action)and guiding more resource factors to gather in the field of scientific and technological(S&T)innovation has become an even more urgent and important direction for promoting reform in the sci-tech finance sector.As the process of Chinese modernization advances gradually and new quality productive forces develop continuously,during the transition from a large financial country to a strong financial country,the inadequacies of the traditional development paradigm of sci-tech finance have become increasingly prominent.Specifically,its existing problems-such as misallocation of credit funds,low service efficiency,insufficient risk control capabilities,lack of inclusiveness,and shortage of long-term patience-have also become more and more conspicuous.Based on this,it is necessary to clearly take high-quality service for S&T innovation as the purpose,and firmly adhere to the main line of serving the development of new quality productive forces.Accordingly,this paper constructs a new development paradigm of sci-tech finance and puts forward policy implications with practical significance,so as to provide support for empowering S&T innovation,fostering new quality productive forces,and underpinning the building of a strong financial country.关键词
