Mechanisms promoting the transformation of cold tumors into hot tumors and advances in drug research
摘要
Abstract
Cold tumors represent a challenging subtype of malignancies due to their low immunogenicity and poor T cell infiltration.The most effective therapeutic strategy involves converting them into hot tumors char-acterized by high levels of T cell infiltration,thereby leveraging the immune-sensitive nature of hot tumors for treatment.In recent years,significant success has been achieved through immune checkpoint blockade therapy for cold tumors.This review systematically examined the distinctive features of cold and hot tumors,eluci-dated therapeutic mechanisms for cold tumor transformation,and summarized recent progress in drug devel-op-ment,aiming to provide novel insights for the treatment of cold tumors.关键词
