瑞马唑仑—阿芬太尼复合麻醉在儿童埋伏多生牙拔除术中的应用
Clinical study on Remimazolam-Alfentanil combined anesthesia for impacted supernumerary teeth extraction in pediatric patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Remimazolam-Alfentanil combined anesthesia in children undergoing extraction of impacted supernumerary teeth.Methods Eighty pediatric patients sched-uled for elective extraction of impacted supernumerary teeth under general anesthesia at The Second Hospital of Lanzhou University were enrolled and randomly assigned to either a Remimazolam-Alfentanil group(Group R)or a Sevoflurane-Alfentanil group(Group S).Heart rate and mean arterial pressure were recorded at the following time points:before anesthesia induction(T1),during laryngeal mask placement(T2),at gingi-val incision(T3),and at the end of surgery(T4).Postoperative recovery time,laryngeal mask removal time,Ramsay sedation scores,incidence of emergence agitation,and total postoperative adverse events were com-pared between the two groups.Results Compared with Group S,Group R exhibited a significantly shorter post-operative recovery time and laryngeal mask removal time(P<0.05).Additionally,Group R demonstrated a lower incidence of emergence agitation,reduced Ramsay sedation scores,decreased rates of postoperative nausea and vomiting,and fewer total adverse events(P<0.05).No statistically significant differences were ob-served between the two groups in postoperative dizziness,pruritus,or changes in mean arterial pressure and heart rate at T1,T2,T3 and T4(P>0.05).Conclusion Remimazolam-Alfentanil combined anesthesia effec-tive-ly shortens postoperative recovery and laryngeal mask removal time in children undergoing extraction of im-pacted supernumerary teeth,while reducing the incidence of emergence agitation and total adverse events.关键词
