中医药网状Meta分析证据库构建与应用
Construction of the network Meta-analysis database for traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the network Meta-analysis(NMA)of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)evidence database,so as to provide a centralized and efficient platform for the comparison and evaluation of TCM efficacy,thereby facilitating the effective translation of secondary research evidence in TCM.Methods Inclusion and exclusion criteria were formulated and published TCM-NMA literature in Chinese and English was comprehensively collected.Literature was screened using Note Express.The NMA-TCM system architecture was constructed utilizing tools including Vue,ElementUI,Spring Boot,and Spring IOC.Data fields for the evidence database were determined based on the PICO principle,NMA reporting requirements,published high-quality TCM NMA and expert consensus meetings.AMSTAR 2 and PRISMA-NMA scale items were applied in designing evaluation fields.Transparent data management was implemented based on system logs and real-time progress trackers.Advanced query capabilities were enabled using logical operators.Statistical table programs were employed for data analysis.Data entry personnel underwent the necessary training.Results This study successfully established the NMA-TCM evidence database,with all four key functions-data entry,management,retrieval/export,data analysis,and visualization-fully implemented.The database currently included over 900 published NMA studies on traditional Chinese medicine,exhibiting an overall upward trend in annual publications.Research efforts were primarily concentrated on circulatory system diseases and respiratory system diseases.Interventions encompassed oral Chinese patent medicines,Chinese herbal injections,topical treatments,decoctions,and non-pharmacological therapies(such as acupunc-ture,massage,and traditional exercises).Conclusion The NMA-TCM evidence database is established,it has enabled rapid analysis and re-evaluation of TCM network meta-analysis studies.关键词
