西格列汀改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗状态的研究现状
Research status of Sitagliptin in improving insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus
摘要
Abstract
The disturbance of glycolipid metabolism and immune microenvironment caused by insulin resis-tance is one of the key pathogenic factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Sitagliptin,a first-line clinical drug,can not only control blood glucose homeostasis in T2DM patients,but also may play an important role in improving insulin resistance and its related potential complications.Sitagliptin can improve insulin resis-tance in T2DM by improving lipid metabolism and immune regulation.Therefore,this article focuses on sum-marizing the research progress of sitagliptin in improving insulin resistance status,in order to provide new ideas and strategies for the treatment of T2DM.关键词
