猪去氧胆酸在糖脂代谢相关疾病中的研究进展
Progress in research on hyodeoxycholic acid in glycolipid metabolism related diseases
摘要
Abstract
The occurrence of glycolipid metabolism related diseases,such as type 2 diabetes mellitus,non-al-coholic fatty liver disease,atherosclerosis,and dyslipidemia,is intricately linked to disorders in glucose and lipid metabolism.Hyodeoxycholic acid as an important secondary bile acid,that plays a crucial role in regulat-ing lipid metabolism and shows the potential to become a novel therapeutic target for glycolipid metabolic dis-eases.This article gave an review of the mechanism and research progress between hyodeoxycholic acid and glycolipid metabolism related diseases,and explore its potential clinical application value.关键词
