Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of oblique lateral intervertebral fusion(OLIF)in the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases. Methods OLIF surgery was used to treat 42 patients with lumbar degenerative dis-eases.The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospital stay and complications were recorded. The pain VAS and ODI were used to evaluate the low back and leg pain and functional improvement of the patients.Re-sults The operation time was 70~240(110.4±20.2)min,the intraoperative blood loss was 20~150(80.5±15.2)ml,and the postoperative hospital stay was 5~12(8.2±1.4)d.All patients were followed up for 3~18 months.Postoperative CT examination showed that the spinal canal volume was expanded, and the clinical symptoms were significantly improved or disappeared.During the operation, there were 1 case of endplate injury,1 case of seg-mental artery injury, and 2 cases of sympathetic chain nerve injuries. After the operation, there were 1 case of transi-ent left hip flexion weakness,2 cases of cage sedimentation, and 1 case of lateral displacement of the cage.At 3 d af-ter the operation and the last follow-up,the pain VAS and ODI were both improved, compared with those before the operation(P<0.05).Conclusions OLIF treatment for lumbar degenerative diseases results in less tissue dissec-tion,less intraspinal nerve interference, and good spinal stability.关键词
