后外侧入路锁定支撑钢板内固定治疗Bartoníček Ⅳ型后踝骨折
Treatment of Bartoníček type Ⅳ posterior malleolar fracture with locking support plate inter-nal fixation via posterolateral approach

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of locking support plate internal fixation in the treatment of Bartoníček type Ⅳ posterior malleolar fracture.Methods The 23 patients with posterior malleolar fractures of Bartoníček type Ⅳ were treated with locking support plates fixation via posterolateral approach.The quality of fracture reduction,heal-ing time,ankle functional recovery and complications were recorded.Results All patients were followed up for 12～36(15.5±5.4)months.According to Burwell-Charnley fracture reduction evaluation criteria after operation:Ana-tomical reduction was in 21 cases and general reduction in 2 cases.All the fractures healed within 8～16(11.7±2.3)weeks.All incisions healed in one-stage,and no complications such as infection,fracture nonunion,failure of internal fixation and flexor longis contracture occurred.At the last follow-up,the ankle-hindfoot score of AOFAS was 71～100(90.9±7.3)points,of which 14 cases were excellent,8 cases were good,and 1 fair,with an excellent-good rate of 22/23.Conclusions For treatment of Bartoníček type Ⅳ posterior malleolar fracture,locking support plate internal fixation via posterolateral approach has the advantages of accurate reduction,firm fixation and early func-tional exercise,and the clinical efficacy is satisfactory.关键词
