磁性多孔炭纳米复合材料的制备及其亚甲基蓝吸附性能研究

Abstract
Magnetic biochar was prepared using jujube wood as raw material and FeCl2·4H2O as the precursor of magnetic agent through a simple impregnation-pyrolysis method,which was then activated by KOH to obtain magnetic porous carbon nanocomposites(Fe@PC).The adsorption performance of Fe@PC for methylene blue(MB)was investigated.The experimental results showed that the prepared magnetic composite Fe@PC-0.3(added 0.3 g FeCl2·4H2O)well retained the original tubular structure of jujube wood,with a high specific surface area(1 976.04 m2/g),total pore volume(0.957 cm3/g),and average pore diameter(1.94 nm).The material surface contained functional groups including—OH,C=O,C=C,C—H,and Fe—O,which could provide effective transmission channels and abundant adsorption sites for MB molecules.The adsorption capacity of Fe@PC-0.3 for MB could reach 712.85 mg/g,and it could achieve a rapid adsorption of 430.09 mg/g within 5 minutes.It also had good magnetic responsiveness,facilitating the separation and recovery after adsorption.The adsorption process was conformed to pseudo-second-order kinetic model(R2>0.99)and the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model(R2>0.99).Thermodynamic analysis indicated that the adsorption process was a spontaneous endothermic reaction,and the adsorption capacity increased with the rise in temperature.The adsorption mechanism of Fe@PC-0.3 for MB was mainly dominated by chemical adsorption of bio-based porous carbon,while the magnetic component Fe also played a synergistic role in the adsorption process,with multiple mechanisms jointly controlling.关键词
