穿透性角膜移植术后角膜上皮生长情况分析
Postoperative analysis of corneal epithelial regeneration following penetrating keratoplasty

Abstract
Objective To observe the complete healing of the corneal epithelium in different patients after pen-etrating keratoplasty and to analyze the factors affecting the rate of postoperative corneal epithelial repair.Methods A ret-rospective cohort study was conducted.Clinical data of 48 patients who underwent penetrating keratoplasty at Anhui No.2 Provincial People's Hospital from December 2022 to June 2024 were collected.The growth area of the corneal epithelium was statistically analyzed daily after the operation,the pattern of corneal epithelial healing was studied,and the impact of gender,age,preoperative diagnosis with or without infection,whether the operated eye and the donor eye were of the same eye type,and the size of the graft on the rate of postoperative corneal epithelial repair was further explored.Results The complete healing time of the corneal epithelium after penetrating keratoplasty in all patients was(3.93±1.21)days,with an average repair rate of 0.55±0.17 mm²/h.The rate of corneal epithelial repair showed a characteristic of being slow first,then fast,and slow again.Age and preoperative diagnosis with infection had a significant impact on corneal epithelial re-pair.Gender,whether the operated eye and the donor eye were of the same eye type,and the size of the graft had no signifi-cant effect on corneal epithelial repair.Conclusions The growth of the corneal epithelium after penetrating keratoplasty shows dynamic changes,and age and preoperative infection are important factors affecting the rate of postoperative corneal epithelial repair.关键词
