Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation between the hemodynamic parameters of ocular vessels in pa-tients with retinal vein occlusion(RVO)detected by color doppler flow imaging perfusion weighted imaging(CDFI-PW)and prognosis.Methods Prospective case-control study.32 cases of retinal vein occlusion patients from June 2021 to Au-gust 2023 in Shijiazhuang People's Hospital were selected as the research objects,healthy adults were selected as the con-trol group.The peak systolic velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV)and resistivity index(RI)of central retinal ar-teries(CRA),posterior ciliary arteries(PCA)and the ophthalmic arteries(OA)were detected by CDFI-PW,and the cor-relation between hemodynamic parameters and best corrected visual acuity was analyzed by Pearson analysis.Results Af-ter the treatment,the best corrected visual acuity was significantly improved(P<0.05),PSV and EDV were decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05),and significantly increased at 6 months after the treatment(P<0.05).Ac-cording to the best corrected visual acuity,the patients were divided into two prognosis groups,and the hemodynamic pa-rameters of the good prognosis group were significantly changed(P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that the PSV and EDV of CRA,PCA and OA in RVO patients were negatively correlated with the best corrected visual acuity(P<0.05),and the RI of CRA and OA were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusions The hemodynamic parameters can objec-tively reflect the degree of retinal vein occlusion rehabilitation,and have guiding significance for prognosis.关键词
