Abstract
Objective To observe the application of optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)in reti-nal microcirculation in glaucoma,and to compare the differences in retinal microcirculation in normal tension glaucoma(NTG)and primary open angle glaucoma(POAG)by OCTA.Methods A retrospective case-control study.From July 2021 to December 2023,44 patients(44 eyes)with POAG,36 patients(36 eyes)with NTG,and 36 healthy controls(36 eyes)who visited the ophthalmology department of our hospital were selected for OCTA examination.The perioptic disc area and macular area were zoned and stratified,and their vascular density(VD)was observed and statistically analyzed.Results It was found that the VD in the central region of the optic disc(P=0.027,P=0.001),superior inner arcuate re-gion(P=0.048,P=0.020)and inferior inner arcuate region(P=0.000,P=0.000)of peripapillary area in NTG and POAG groups were significantly lower than that in the control group.The VD of inferior outer arcuate region(P=0.039)showed more decline in NTG than that in the POAG,whereas the inferior temporal region(P=0.036)showed the opposite.There was no significant difference between NTG and POAG.In the multilayer and multisector macular area analyze,we found more differences between NTG and control group than that of POAG group and control group.Conclusions VD in the peri-papillary area decreased significantly in the NTG and POAG patients,but not significant difference was found between the two.The decrease of VD in the macular area in NTG group was more obvious than POAG group.关键词
