Research progress of topical cyclosporine in ocular surface immune-related inflammation
摘要
Abstract
Immune-associated dry eye can result in decreased tear film stability and ocular surface damage,with immunological damage and inflammatory reactions of the ocular surface as important features.While topical cyclosporine eye drops as an immunosuppressant have repeatedly demonstrated improvement in patients with ocular surface immune-related inflammation since their introduction to the market,this article mainly reviews the clinical progress and current clinical application of topical cyclosporine eye drops in the treatment of immune-related dry eye and other ocular surface immune diseases.An outlook on topical cyclosporine research is provided.关键词
