基于三重差异特征的经济高质量发展动态测度模型及实证
Dynamic Measurement Model and Empirical Study of High-Quality Economic Development Based on Triple Differential Characteristics

Abstract
Accurately grasping the dynamic changes and existing problems of high-quality economic development is of great practical significance for promoting sustainable economic development in the Northeast region.Based on the new development concept,a measurement index system for high-quality regional economic development was constructed.Then,a dynamic measurement model for high-quality economic development with prominent triple difference characteristics was established,and the level of high-quality economic development was calculated using 34 cities in Northeast China from 2010 to 2020 as examples.Finally,the time evolution characteristics spatial distribution characteristics and regional differences of the level of high-quality economic development were empirically analyzed using Gaussian mixture model,kernel density estimation,Moran's index,and coefficient of variation method.The results show that the level of high-quality economic development in Northeast China has been increasing annually;And it presents radiation distribution characteristics centered around large cities such as Dalian,Shenyang,Changchun and Harbin,with significant spatial similarity;The overall difference in high-quality development shows an upward trend followed by a downward trend,with relatively small changes.关键词
