"三二分段"人才培养质量提升对策研究
Study on Countermeasures for Improving the Quality of "3+2 Segmentation"Talent Cultivation
摘要
Abstract
Focusing on the demand for long-term technical and skilled talent cultivation and establishing a"3+2 segmentation"talent cultivation model that connects secondary and higher vocational education is an effective means to enhance the quality of technical and skilled talent cultivation at present.We need to connect with the regional pillar industries and build connecting majors between secondary and higher vocational education;strengthen overall planning and establish specialized organization,guidance and implementation institutions;pay attention to continuity and hierarchy,and scientifically define the training objectives of each level;formulate an integrated talent cultivation plan based on the professional teaching standards;build a resource co-construction and sharing system relying on the platform;strengthen assessment and improve the evaluation system for the quality of talent cultivation.Through the adjustment and improvement of vocational education system structure,we empower the local economic and industrial development.关键词
