Abstract
This study proposes a theoretical model of"diversified collaborative ecosystem",and regards institutional innovation,digital empowerment,and cultural symbiosis as core pathways to construct a four-dimensional linkage mechanism of"government-industry-enterprise-institution".Through solutions such as establishing a professional dynamic adjustment system,a data-driven personalized education platform,and a value-added evaluation system,the organic connection between the education chain and the industrial chain is achieved.Practice has shown that this model can significantly enhance the job fit rate and employment quality of technical and skilled talents,providing theoretical paradigms and practical references for the modernization of vocational education.关键词
