摘要

Abstract

In light of the OBE concept,there are some problems in the talent cultivation mode of preschool education major in higher vocational colleges.The"output-oriented"viewpoint is not fully implemented,the"student-centered"concept is not reflected,the teaching team is weak,and the concept of"continuous improvement"is not implemented.Aiming at these problems,this paper reflects on the construction of the talent cultivation mode for preschool education major in higher vocational colleges from four aspects:scientific positioning of cultivation objectives,construction of curriculum systems,reform of traditional teaching modes,and establishment of effective evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
