摘要
Abstract
This paper explores the construction and implementation of a talent cultivation model integrating"posts,courses,competitions and certificates"for information technology-related majors in higher vocational colleges.The integrated talent cultivation model refers to the combination of job requirements,course content,competition practice and certificate examinations,determining courses based on posts,promoting courses through competitions and verifying courses through certificates,thereby enhancing students' comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness.Through the optimization of course structure,the alignment of job and course standards,the integration of competition and teaching mode,and the mutual recognition of course credits and certificate credits,as well as other teaching reform innovations and practices,a close connection between talent cultivation and social demands is achieved,better serving the country's economic development and social construction.关键词
