新政策下地方高职教学创新团队建设反思
Reflections on the Construction of Local Higher Vocational Teaching Innovation Teams under the New Policy
摘要
Abstract
In 2019,buidling high-level and structured national teaching innovation teams was proposed by the Ministry of Education.The concept of new quality productive forces and the strategy of"vigorously promoting the construction of a modern industrial system and accelerating the development of new quality productive forces"have provided a clear orientation for talent cultivation in higher vocational education,and also pointed out the direction for building teaching innovation teams.With the successive release of a series of policies related to higher vocational education,local higher vocational colleges are facing specific challenges closely related to local economic development in building teaching innovation teams.Local higher vocational colleges should aim at the development requirements of new quality productive forces,and in combination with the new vocational education standards,professional requirements,as well as local and their own realities,and build teaching innovation teams,so as to effectively respond to challenges and contribute to social development.关键词
