中国苹果产业面临的挑战与高质量发展路径探析
Analysis of the current situation,challenges,and high-quality development pathways of China's apple industry
摘要
Abstract
China's apple industry produces over 50 million tons annually,accounting for more than 55％of global output,thus holding a significant scale advantage.However,quality improvement remains constrained by several bottlenecks:the breeding system lags behind,with varietal structures misaligned with consumer upgrades;orchard management relies heavily on manual labor with insufficient mechanization;and post-harvest handling and processing are underdeveloped,resulting in poor storability,low processing rates,and a short value chain.The existing core problems and in-depth challenges from the aspects of breeding innovation,cultivation techniques and post-harvest processing were sorted out.The pathways including varietal optimization,adoption of green and smart cultivation,and enhancement of post-harvest handling and high-value utilization were put forward.关键词
