Effects of plant immune-activating proteins on grape growth and resistance-related indicators

Abstract
Field experiments were conducted using 3-year-old Guifeimeigui grape as test materials to investigate the effects of different plant immune-activating protein treatments on grape growth and development traits and resistance related indicators.Research results indicated that the use of VDAL and VIP,either individually or in combination,significantly promoted grape growth and enhanced disease resistance.Specifically,applying VIP at 40.0 mg/L before bud break effectively increased the bud burst rate,while applying VIP at 0.8 mg/L and 8.0 mg/L alone significantly improved internode growth during the shoot elongation stage.Additionally,applying VIP at 8.0 mg/L and 40.0 mg/L before flowering significantly increased chlorophyll content and elongated the flower clusters.Furthermore,various treatments involving VDAL,VIP,and their mixtures had shown significant effects in enhancing plant resistance.关键词
