外源有机硒对碱胁迫下的苹果砧木生理生化的影响
Effects of exogenous organic selenium powder on physiology and biochemistry of apple rootstocks under alkaline stress

Abstract
Taking G935 apple rootstock seedlings as the test material,this study investigated the alleviating effect of exogenous organic selenium at three concentrations(5,10,and 20 g/kg)on the toxic damage caused by 90 mmol/L NaHCO3 stress.The results showed that,compared with the effect of alkali treatment alone,under the treatment of exogenous organic selenium,the relative electrical conductivity of the leaves of G935 apple rootstock seedlings decreased,the contents of two osmotic adjustment substances(proline and soluble protein)increased,and the activities of three antioxidant enzymes(superoxide dismutase,peroxidase,and catalase)enhanced.These effectively alleviated the physiological toxicity caused by alkali stress in G935 apple rootstock seedlings,among which the alleviating effect of organic selenium at the concentration of 5 g/kg was the most significant.关键词
