Key Technology of Integral Intelligent Lifting Construction of Large-span Heavy Steel Box Girder
摘要
Abstract
Based on the project of Xiaotun Bridge of Fuyi Expressway,the key technologies involved in the integral intelligent lifting of large-span heavy steel box girders were discussed.The mechanical properties of steel box girders in both synchronous and asynchronous integral lifting states were investigated using the finite element method.And the mechanical properties of the steel box girders during the lifting process were analyzed in conjunction with the on-site monitoring data.In conjunction with construction techniques such as informal lifting and micromotion lifting,an integral intelligent lifting scheme for steel box girders was proposed to address extreme conditions.An alignment system has been incorporated into the existing synchronous lifting hydraulic system,enabling precise control over the aerial orientation of the steel box girder and the stresses on each component.This approach offers valuable insights for similar projects.关键词
