Experimental Report on the Effect of Different Proportions of Earthworm Dung on Selenium Sand Melon Seedlings

Abstract
To improve the survival rate of seedlings transplanted in sandy soil,in this study,watermelon was used as the test material to explore the effects of different ratios of earthworm manure treatment on selenium-sand melon seedlings.Experimental conclusion:Whether it is self-rooted seedlings or grafted seedlings,when earthworm castings:seedling substrate=1∶4(volume ratio),the average emergence rate is the best,and the chlorophyll content index under this treatment is the best.When the ratio of earthworm castings to seedling substrate is 1∶1,both the strong seedling index and the underground dry weight perform at their best.The results show that the use of vermicompost during the seedling raising process can increase the seedling strength index,make the seedlings stronger,and promote the accumulation of chlorophyll.关键词
