Research on Screening and Gene Mining of Potato Drought Resistant Germplasm Resources
摘要
Abstract
To screen the potato varieties that perform best under drought conditions and analyze the key genes controlling their drought resistance,this study collected potato germplasm resources from different sources,subjected them to drought treatment,and evaluated the growth,physiological and biochemical responses of different germplasm resources under drought conditions.And conduct genomic analysis on the selected germplasm resources with strong drought resistance,using gene editing technology to identify genes related to drought resistance.Through the evaluation and genomic analysis of different potato germplasm resources under drought conditions,varieties with strong drought resistance were successfully screened,and key drought resistant genes were identified.This provides important germplasm resources and genetic information for the cultivation of new drought resistant potato varieties,which helps to improve the yield and stability of potatoes in arid areas.关键词
