摘要
Abstract
The revitalization of rural culture is not only an important cultural task to promote regional development,but also a key link to achie-ving the comprehensive rural revitalization strategy.Under the conditions of the new era,only by clarifying the practical significance of empowering ru-ral cultural construction with new quality productivity,can we continuously overcome the dilemma of technological empowerment and cultural adapta-tion,the contradiction between factor reconstruction and subject deficiency,and the constraints of innovation driven and institutional lag in the process of revitalizing rural culture with new quality productivity.This will strengthen the adaptability of technology,build a three in one mechanism of"digital empowerment+cultural decoding+scene innovation",solve the problem of factor siphon,create a virtuous cycle ecology of"subject activa-tion+external think tank+factor integration",break through the bottleneck of institutional lag,innovate the policy coordination system of"institutional supply+dynamic supervision+flexible governance",and accumulate momentum for realizing rural cultural revitalization.关键词
