摘要

Abstract

The impact of rural teacher turnover on student development is systematic,cumulative and multidimensional.Based on human cap-ital theory and social capital theory,a chain mediation model is constructed to analyze the impact of rural teacher turnover on student development.The study shows that the loss of rural teachers leads to a decrease in the effectiveness of school management,and also impairs the continuity of teach-ing and learning,which interact to produce a chain-mediated effect that directly or indirectly leads to a decline in students'motivation,a disruption of their knowledge system,and a deterioration in their mental health.Therefore,aims to analyze the impact of rural teacher turnover on students'de-velopment from the perspective of school and teaching,which is of great practical this study significance for the prevention of educational faults and the protection of rural students'rights and interests in development.
