生活中的正念认知疗法对硕士生生活满意度和抑郁的影响研究
A Study on the Effects of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Life on Depression and Life Satisfaction Among Master's Students

Abstract
Objective:This study aimed to explore the effects and mechanisms of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy for Life(MBCT-L)on depression and life satisfaction among master's students.Methods:A total of 22 master's students were assigned to the experimental group and re-ceived the intervention,while 31 master's students served as the control group.Both groups were assessed before,immediately after,and three months after the intervention using the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire,Satisfaction with Life Scale,and Self-Rating Depression Scale.Results:①The mindfulness post-test scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than both baseline and control group scores.Follow-up scores re-mained significantly higher than both baseline and control group levels,although lower than post-test scores.②For life satisfaction,the experimental group showed significantly higher scores at both post-test and follow-up compared to baseline and concurrent control group measurements,with no significant difference between post-test and follow-up scores.③Regarding depression,the experimental group demonstrated significantly lower post-test scores than both baseline and control group levels.While follow-up depression scores remained significantly lower than baseline,they were sig-nificantly higher than post-test scores and showed no significant difference from the follow-up control group.④Life satisfaction mediated the relation-ship between mindfulness and depression.Conclusion:MBCT-L can enhance life satisfaction and reduce depression levels among master's students.Life satisfaction serves as a significant mediating pathway through which mindfulness influences depressive symptoms.关键词
