摘要

Abstract

The unique spirit of educators in China serves as a spiritual source and practical guide for the professional growth of future teachers students and the advancement of building a strong educational nation.To guide the professional growth of future teachers with the spirit of an educator,it is necessary to take as a prerequisite the clarification of the value implications of the educator's spirit in the inheritance and promotion of the"teaching profession"spirit,the improvement of professional quality and humanistic care ability,and the shaping of the action force of the future edu-cational ecology.The analysis focuses on a three-layer generative pathway consisting of cognitive foundation,practical training,and mission revitaliza-tion.Continuous efforts should be made on the three practical paths of constructing a reflective curriculum system,forging a practical community,and creating an absolute spiritual campus ecological environment.
