Abstract
With the advent of the era of artificial intelligence,information and data have become important strategic resources,and the legal regulation of personal information has become a hot research topic.Russia,as one of the countries that took the lead in personal information legisla-tion,provides valuable reference for research,and legal terminology translation is an important means of research.However,limited by the law itself,translation strategies and other factors,legal terminology translation faces the dilemma of normalization and standardisation.This paper takes the frame-based terminology theory as a perspective,and by introducing the frame-based terminology theory into the field of legal terminology translation repre-sented by Chinese and Russian personal information laws,it develops the connotation logic of the four principles of established,transparent,contextu-al,and interactive,with a view to providing a valuable guide for legal terminology translation,and to promote the improvement and dissemination of China's legal culture.关键词
